The customer
The buyer and contractual partner of the seller when concluding a sales contract in the collagen-nails.com web store for an individual order is the person specified by the user in the cash register of the web store in the “Customer information” section. The user who buys for a legal or other natural person is obliged to have the consent and necessary authorizations from that person.
User
A user is any natural or legal person who visits or uses the services of this website. All users are obliged to use the services on these websites in accordance with their purpose and these conditions and the usual rules of behavior on the Internet. In the ordering process and when using other services where data entry is requested, the user is obliged to enter correct data.
TERMS OF PURCHASE
The conditions of purchase form part of the contract concluded at a distance together with the specifications and prices of the purchased product(s), and before confirming the order for the purchase of an individual product, the Customer will be asked to accept them/declare that he is familiar with/agree with them, that after confirming the order ( conclusion of the contract) be delivered to the Customer as the content of the e-mail message confirming that the contract has been concluded. The seller reserves the right to change the conditions at any time, with the said changes coming into force after publication on these websites.
When the Buyer confirms and completes the order, the contract is concluded, and the Seller will immediately notify the fact of the conclusion of the contract by e-mail that the contract has been concluded. For a validly concluded contract, it is necessary that the Buyer is a person with full business capacity.
The customer is responsible for the completeness and truthfulness of the data entered during registration.
The terms of purchase are divided into categories/information classified below.
REGISTRATION
In order to make a purchase on the web shop, registration is not mandatory. It is only necessary to leave a valid e-mail address (the one to which you have access) in the first step of the checkout process so that after entering the data required for delivery, it will be possible to send you an order confirmation.
If you do not want to enter the delivery address and payment method information every time during the purchase, registration is recommended.
After entering the requested data, the registration must be confirmed by clicking on the “Registration” field. The created user account remains registered in the system, and it is accessed using a combination of username and password on the “Login” page.
In case you have forgotten your password, on the same page you should click on “Forgot your password?”. You get to the page where you can leave your e-mail address with which you registered on the web shop, and then the system automatically sends you a link to cancel your password and get a new one. You can change it yourself later in the account settings.
MAIN FEATURES OF THE GOODS
The main characteristics of the goods: the products are presented descriptively and with photographs.
Product photos are illustrative in nature, and do not always have to correspond in all details to the products that are the subject of the order.
The seller especially points out that the visual identity of the product shown in the photo does not have to correspond to the appearance of the product in reality, especially with regard to the monitor settings on the Customer’s computer, differences in the perception of colors as the Customer sees them on the screen, etc.
In the case of the above discrepancy between the product shown in the photo and the delivered product, it is not a product defect.
Product information (product description, price, etc.) displayed on the www.collagen-nails.com website is subject to bugs, irregularities in the operation of the application, other technical irregularities, typographical errors, etc. In the event of obvious errors or incorrectness regarding data regarding the products displayed on www.collagen-nails.com, the Seller reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.
The subject of the order can only be products for which it is indicated in the order that they are available and available.
PRICE OF THE PRODUCT
The prices displayed on the collagen-nails.com website are expressed in euros, including VAT.
In case of payment by e-banking and general money order, payment costs and/or interbank transactions are not included in the price.
SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery is free in the case of purchases in the total amount over EUR 150.00 and throughout the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia. For purchases up to EUR 150.00, the delivery cost is EUR 5.00, VAT is included in the price.
In case of impossibility of proper delivery to the address indicated by the Buyer, the Buyer shall bear the costs of re-delivery to the same or a different address, depending on what information the Buyer provides to the Seller when checking the delivery of the order.

The transaction will be performed through the STRIPE billing system.
The Buyer will pay the ordered products with delivery costs (if any) to the Seller by credit card, cash on delivery upon delivery of the goods, or by bank transfer on the Seller’s website via the STRIPE payment system with American Express, Visa or Maestro and MasterCard cards. In the event that the Buyer orders goods and refuses to receive them, the Seller has the right to ask the Buyer for reimbursement of postal and handling costs.
In the case of payment by credit card, general payment order and e-banking, the payment must be made no later than the deadline specified in the email confirming that the contract has been concluded.

After the payment has been properly made and is visible on the invoice, we will deliver your shipment within 10 working days.
If you chose cash on delivery, the period of 10 working days starts from the day of receipt of the order via the web store.
